NUTRITION COACHING

As a nutritionist, I believe that true wellness starts with tuning in to your body’s needs and embracing nourishing habits that work for you. Whether you're looking to boost energy, improve gut health, or build sustainable habits, I’m here to support you on your journey. Together, we’ll craft a personalised nutrition plan that not only aligns with your lifestyle but empowers you to make lasting, positive changes.


Before starting your coaching journey, book a free discovery call or email me. 


A standard coaching program would include one First Appointment and regular follow-up appointments. We will discuss your preferences and options over the phone. 

Packages for follow-up appointments are available on my Shop page.


Unsure of whether I am the right professional you're after? You can still book a discovery call (or email me). It's free and no-strings-attached, so you can get all your questions answered and decide what's best for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to begin, you may be subject to an admin fee of $20.


To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing me at linda@lovebaseddiet.au

rights and responsibilities

    When you engage with our services, you are entitled to: 

  • Be addressed respectfully by your nutritionist
  • Have your human rights respected
  • Be included in any decision-making processes about you
  • Have any relevant information provided in a format you can understand
  • Have your concerns listened to and acknowledged 
  • Have any risks to your health and safety reduced as far as reasonably possible 
  • Have your recorded information remain private and confidential


You are responsible for: 

  • Being respectful towards your nutritionist 
  • Becoming involved in the process (e.g. making decisions, providing information, reading relevant materials,
    raising concerns and needs, asking questions) 
  • Taking sensible measures to reduce the risk to your health and safety.
