As a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist, I am qualified to support people with no underlying chronic conditions and provide nutritional and health advice to improve their diet and long-term health. I can help with weight loss/gain/maintenance, nutrition and lifestyle habits, sport-related goals, and education regarding nutrition and supplements.
If you suffer from a chronic condition, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you suffer from an illness of the digestive system, I recommend talking to your GP and discussing a referral to a dietician instead.
No, you don’t. You can get in touch at any time, and we will discuss your coaching options together.
No, you don’t. Before your first coaching appointment, I will ask you to fill in a Risk Stratification Screening Tool, which is a simple questionnaire endorsed by Nutrition Council Australia. This will help me understand whether there are any health concerns that should be cleared or followed-up by a GP or a different health professional before I can start working with you.
All my coaching programs are individualised, so there are no set time frames for a goal to be reached. Often, a 12-week program provides enough time to set goals, adjust strategies and measure results. However, every person is different and goals can be set at variable time frames. We will discuss your goals and in your first appointment, and make a plan then.
Absolutely! Working with a nutrition coach isn't just for weight loss, it's about optimising your health, energy, and lifestyle. Whether you're looking to improve your gut health, maintain a balanced diet, manage stress, boost energy, increase your vegetable intake, maximise meal planning, or get expert help making better nutrition choices at the supermarket, a nutrition coach can provide guidance tailored to your unique goals.
