Hi! I’m Linda—mum, teacher, and Nationally Recognised Nutritionist with a deep passion for food and nutrition.
Growing up in a small town in Italy, I was lucky to have fresh, wholesome produce at our table every day. Sharing meals with my family and learning to cook delicious, nutritious dishes infused with love sparked my lifelong connection to food.
As a teenager, I developed an interest in nutrition and biochemistry, which led me to a project where I taught younger kids about nutrition through games and workshops. I believe that this experience planted the seed for my future as a nutritionist.
During university and beyond, I struggled with stress and gut issues. Despite eating a ‘healthy’ diet, I faced food sensitivities, gastritis, skin problems, and gut discomfort. Still, I didn’t address it. I was always ‘too busy.’
After becoming a mother, I found my passion for food and nutrition reignited. Watching our son grow and explore food, I realised how essential it is to nourish our bodies with healthy, balanced meals every day. As a mother, I knew I wanted to be a positive role model for my son, and to give my body the fuel it needed to stay healthy and keep up with the demands of daily life (and a toddler!).
That’s when I made the decision to become a Nutritionist: to help others fuel their bodies in a way that honours both their health and their unique needs.
Why “Love-Based Diet”? Because I believe that love is the secret ingredient that makes every meal more nutritious and every health goal more achievable. When you approach food with love, care, and mindfulness, you’re setting yourself up for lifelong nourishment, inside and out.

I help people fine-tune their diets and lifestyle so they can meet the demands of daily life and achieve their short- and long-term health goals.
My approach is all about empowering you to nourish your body every day with the right foods, and finding that balance that fuels you with the energy you need to thrive.
